Sunshine and Sangrias..

Summer is in the offing!!!!!! Okay, we are excited because we are a little tired of wearing the heavy and bogging winter clothes.  It is about time to bring out the croppies and the skirts. Hurrah! A major sweat season, summer is a notorious one. But we love to hate it.

Summer fashion can be fun and flirty. You have a wide range of clothing options and street fashion comes into play like no body’s business. Janpath, Sarojini Nagar, Colaba Causeway, Fashion Street and all the others are like Christmas for girls all over!

At Tangles and teacups it is always a mixed bag for us. Like they say somethings are worth paying for. We tested 3 summer looks (in winters.. brrrrr) for the onslaught. We had a budget and we followed it through. Here goes;

~ The Bohemian

Pick up a maxi skirt, Forever 21 has some really nice ones or shops at Koovs.com, this summer. Go for the crop tops unabashedly and let the hair loose. Seen below is my version of “quirky” with a pretty mint green maxi dress, sailor print crop top and BOOTS!

~ The Girly

Who doesn’t like being girly? I love it! Here is a mix of grunge with dainty in the form of a white leather crop top with a Japanese rose print skater dress.

~The Netty

Net and sheers are big this season. Neha is sporty a pretty white sheer top with a little embroidery. The best way to ward off the heat is to netty and white!
