If you ask me, weddings should be a celebration of all the smiles and laughs the bride and groom have shared with their loved ones. My Mehendi celebration was just that, held at home, there was just sunshine and laughter. Our photographer, Pranay Ahuja from The Story Weavers did a fantastic job at capturing all that happiness that we couldn’t contain.
For clothes, I was sporting a self designed yellow and fuchsia amritsari suit with big jumkas (earrings) and a pair of sunnies from Forever21. Neha chose to wear a Black self designed long suit and accessorized with a pair gold loops and sunnies from Paperlillie a perfect Maid of Honour outfit.
It was magical with flowers in my hair, big smiles on our faces and the sun shining bright. Here is Day 1 function 2 from the Big Fat Wedding Tangles!
I’d rather have wildflowers in my hair than diamonds in my neck. And it was just that.
